I do not like to leave bad reviews. However, we have contacted the owner multiple times and have not received a response. Prior to getting our air ducts cleaned we discussed not wanting additional holes cut in our vents. Without talking it about it he cut into our vents and left 2 circles of duct work behind. Fortunately I found them before our children as duct work is extremely sharp. We were told that our dryer vent wasn't properly secured and that was why this box was put there. First, I want to say that the Technician Aaron, was very professional when speaking with him He was very understanding and knowledgeable on what needed to be done.When arriving, he wasted no time. Despite all the rain earlyer, he did a great job. (Air duct cleaning)
We had the duct cleaning done. Great service. Very professional. Just mention you don't want the deodorizer unless you want your house smelling like Loves baby soft perfume. ;)
Aaron did an amazing quality Job cleaning our ducts in our home. He took his time and meticulously made his way through each room and made sure he missed no vents. He even moved our couch because I didn’t realize there was a huge vent behind it. What a nice guy!!! I would definitely recommend Peabody’s Air duct Cleaning company 10/10 and Will definitely use them again when we need another cleaning! Thank you for giving us clean air to breathe! We definitely notice the difference.
