I am trying trying trying and trying to extend my lease....to no avail. After sending numerous emails and even calling with my case number to the main customer services number, I am getting nowhere! Amazing always helpful and kind understanding staff
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Peabody and the lack of action when residents report ongoing antisocial behaviour. I have lived here for a few years now and during that time I have repeatedly raised complaints about serious disturbances caused by another resident. Despite reporting this multiple times, the situation has not improved and it feels like my concerns have simply been ignored. Hello. I have been experiencing ongoing noise disturbances late at night from the downstairs unit. I have contacted you several times by phone and through the website form to file complaints, but the issue has not been addressed. Could you please explain why no action has been taken? Instead of responding to my complaints at all, Peabody staff have visited the man in the downstairs flat and are investigating his claim that the smell from my toilet cleaning is too strong.
