The worse
I've been raising concerns for over 6months regarding safeguarding and they have done absolutely nothing to help. Ive escalated to Senior management and still know one gets back to you and if they do its automated. If you have kids DO NOT buy or move in with peabody, they will not help you. Its like dealing with the council even if you own your property.
A very unreliable and unprofessional housing association, they left us with a hole in the kitchen for the extractor fan to be fitted in by an electrician. The electrician failed to turn up nor was there any communication to tell us he\she is coming, this is typical from Peabody contractors. We have been left now with a hole in the kitchen window for the past two weeks. Worst service PGM mess up my flat 2 different woodford company PVC windows and 3 different windows handle and now they threaten me to court over Fixation Electricity safely they never come back for to finished job off 1 and half years ago !
I am very upset with Peabody and how they manage Avingdor court in London. I add my frustrations with other residents all over the UK . Peabody has no excuse but since the government has privatised the housing management and there are no law to benefits residents. Peabody is doing what ever they want they are only interested in making profits from tenants and gives bad services.
