Normally I’ve been satisfied with the care here but not this time. Following a visit to a NP I requested a call back regarding a prescription request for ongoing chest congestion. They said a nurse would return my call. I called again later the same day and was again told I should expect a call back. Well, here it is two full days later still no call back. Very disappointing. Not good care.
Dr. Robin was horrible.
The never have any availability and it’s next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. Physicals are scheduling at the end of next year and sick visits are weeks out. Save your time and find somewhere else!
