The only reason I gave 2 stars us because the drs know what they're doing,however,for a year straight they mess up on my prescriptions, EVERY MONTH!!!..I haven't had any on time,they call the pharmacy with the wrong directions,messes up for the whole month,THEN I needed to pick up documents, when I got there,the elevator is broke(for a year now),I have the worse foot pain,girl I spoke with COULD'VE told me I could've picked the documents up in peabody,I swear,they hire people straight out of elementary school!!!!..im in the ... read more
For the last year or so, Dr. Archer, who is my PCP, hasn't seen me. EVERYTIME, I've had an appointment, the PA is the person I've seen. I'm there to see the Dr. not the physician assistant.
Staff is decent, but the place is very dirty and often.... I feel like they cater to illegal imagrants, as they do accept ILLEGAL PATIENTS, wich makes me feel unsafe and alienated in my place of birth as a voting, hard working, legal citezen, family oriented, compassionate man, on the right side of the law.
