Between all of our family members (family of 5) we have been here about 10x. The medical staff is amazing and we had nothing but great experiences until recently!! I have had 2 negative run ins with 2 different front desk staff members. They are rude and disrespectful and we will not be returning for this reason. Rushed in here at the end of a long work day with my toddler for a possible ear infection. I was that person rushing to find an open clinic and they got me right back, diagnosed with an ear infection... rushed the script to a late night pharmacy and when I got there CVS was already mixing it. This place has always treated my family well. They have more advanced equipment for doing more extensive tests than other urgent care clinics in the area. The prices were reasonable. Thank you for being there Pea Ridge Urgent Care.
Hands down one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. The reception guy (Mason) and nurse (Lisa) could not have been more wonderful. Thank you! When the doctor (Caitlin, I believe was her name) came in she had an arrogant attitude immediately. I thought I might have early signs of shingles. I’ve known a couple of people that have had them and when I described the symptoms I was having they all said I should get immediate treatment.
