Nurse did a good job, but we were charged $580 on a bill that was supposed to be $50. The girl at the front desk took my husband's card, typed in the wrong number, and that was that. $580 pending on our account for DAYS. We can't even do anything with it until it either clears or it doesn't. Meanwhile, that's $580 of our bills and groceries missing. To me, that is unacceptable. And, they are not hurt for it. Just innocent patients who couldn't afford such a thing to happen. Be VERY careful using a card here if you go.
This place is a joke and we will NEVER go back. My son and I went in last year because we had flu symptoms. They swabbed us and sent us home, then called and confirmed we had the flu, so we got the meds and all was well. A year goes by and we get a random call that we are being sent to collections because our bill wasn’t paid. But we never received a bill. There was hardly any wait to get seen. The PA listened and addressed all my concerns. The would have gotten a 5 but the receptionist could have been a little more friendly.
