Absolutely the worst place to do any type of business with. Shut off water due to their mistake with address and then took time to report to water company to turn it back on. It's been 9 hours and counting without water because they made a mistake.

MY GOD THIS IS THE WORST UTILITY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH ACROSS THE MULTIPLE STATES I'VE LIVED IN. This business is so poorly managed. Statements do not go out at an appropriate time, ever. It doesn't open on-time and I don't know if every employee there is rude, but the ones I've dealt with are incredibly rude.
