Don't waste a trip. They are currently closed due to their system being down. Caused by power outages. Now we have to pay for a disconnect and reconnect fee on top of a late fee. So I guess it's best to pay to have credit in your account since their systems are so slow to process.
Absolute worst utility company in the area the employees who answer the phone are always so rude and unless your paying the full amount they can’t help you and even if you don’t have water you get charged a minimum payment of 41.75 like absolute garbage of a company
They process payments so slowly that they send out disconnect notices regularly for accounts that have been paid. Then you show up to pay and the office is closed 5 minutes before their posted hours end. Poor service.
