The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They claimed they mailed notifications and bills to us. After I asked a few questions, I learn they mailed all these alleged letters to the incorrect address and then turned our water off without notification or explanation. They didn’t even try to verify notification, just turned off our water. No accountably on their part and no apology was given for their error. The two ladies that work there are rude and incompetent. If I could give zero stars out of five I would, if you are ONE day late on your bill, you get a termination notice. I’ve lived in several other states and paid other sewage bills and nothing compares to Pea Ridge. How about giving people a grace period instead of worrying them to death with a termination letter not even a week after their bill is due (never even over $50 but they want their money!) why don’t you try sending out notifications that people are late on their bills because you know life happens right? Absolutely the worst place to do any type of business with. Shut off water due to their mistake with address and then took time to report to water company to turn it back on. It's been 9 hours and counting without water because they made a mistake.
