What an absolute joke of a company!!!!
MY GOD THIS IS THE WORST UTILITY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH ACROSS THE MULTIPLE STATES I'VE LIVED IN. This business is so poorly managed. Statements do not go out at an appropriate time, ever. It doesn't open on-time and I don't know if every employee there is rude, but the ones I've dealt with are incredibly rude.
You cannot get any help from anyone in the office. They make things extremely difficult.
Horrible customer service. Sending shut off notices when bill was paid and out of my bank account 4 days before the due date. Bills aren’t sent out timely either.
Whoever answers the phone is really rude I asked a simple question and she talked to me like I was stupid god I wish there was another provider I could go through
