A family member was seen last Thursday and the doctor was very rude to his medical assistants, she told me the ma said something and he replied to her no one was talking to you, the young ma was very sweet and you could tell she was on the verge of tears. She won’t be back.

This clinic may appear small and a bit rundown, but that’s intentional. Dr. Garg is committed to keeping costs low in order to provide accessible, high-quality care to the community. The focus here is truly on patient well-being over appearance.

I went in for antibiotics for tonsillitis. The cost is $59 so I gave 3 20's but she said she had no change. Couldn't use debit because I took out cash to pay and didn't have anymore money so used a credit card. I was not notified that there is a $2.07 charge for using a credit card. Had I known I would have just let them keep the dollar they couldn't give me in change. it would have been cheaper. Took an hour to be seen even though I was patient one for the day. Please read before considering this clinic! My wife called and made a New patient appointment on 9/19/2024 we set it up for 9/23/09. Once we arrived to the office we where told the doctor was not there for her appointment and was retiring so we should consider someone else. The problem being that we set this up on a work day and were missing it for this appointment and did not have another doctor set aside. I went here a month ago to get a prescription for arthritis pain. We agreed to start at the lowest dosage. They said if it isn't effective to call them and they would increase the dosage. They never answer the phone. So I went there this morning and walked up to the window. One person was on the phone and two others were there with her. I patiently waited and had a smile and was ready to say good morning. After about a minute, one of them looked up and in a very rude, impatient voice said, "Do you need something?"
