I booked a dance class on ClassPass and after work I carried a bunch of stuff and spent an hour and a half getting there. When the class was supposed to start, no instructor showed up and the door is closed. I had to reach out to ClassPass customer service myself just to get a credit refund and avoid a cancellation fee. My first day was very good and promising, so I booked a second class. They cancelled my second class last minute and with no explanation and no reschedule…I would have appreciated some commitment from their side as the customers have to cancel our class at least 12 hours before or they would charge us, they should do the same.
It's the perfect place for me as a healthy senior citizen. The individual teachers/trainers are not only highly knowledgeable about fitness but also incredibly supportive and encouraging, making every session positive, motivating & enjoyable.
I can’t say enough good things about P+E Wellness! Coach P and Coach Emily are incredible—they truly know how to design programming that delivers results. Two years ago, I had to stop running due to an IT band injury caused by muscle imbalances.
