Horrible to nonexistent service. Last summer, the hottest on record in Phoenix, our inverter failed along with the wifi that connects to our app. We had no idea that the solar wasn't producing until we saw two huge electric bills over $1000. It took PE Solar close to 2 more months to repair the system and the failure was due to poor installation with water seeping into electrical conduits. Now it's down again and they told us a week ago they'd send service but nothing. And they don't answer their service center phone. ... read more
