Great service. The technician was helpful and knowledgeable We have been using them since we moved to Waco.
If I could give these guys a zero rating, I would. I tried calling them to see if they could work on a split system and started by saying the name of my business. I guess they thought I was selling something or whatever, but Ashley literally hung up on me without even asking me why I was calling. I am sure she gets a lot of sales calls, but hey, sometimes people just want service. Try adjusting the attitude. But no thanks, I will call someone else.
I am a repeat customer of P&E. They took care of us when we lived in Waco and now that we've moved out to the country, they are the only company we use. My AC went down yesterday morning (9/16) and they had Ronnie out within a couple of hours. Ronnie found a leak and repaired it. It took quite a lot of refrigerant to get my system up to spec. Ronnie did an amazing job taking care of us, fixing the issue and following up to ensure we were good.
If you see em on the road WATCH OUT. These guys don't care about road laws, stop signs, or if they'll cause an accident.
