PDX Munch Time catered our wedding. The food was a hit, and the service was great. As a couple, one of our primary wedding wishes was to have food at our wedding that people actually want to eat. Wedding food is too often bland, overcooked, or just not memorable. That was not the case with this Chef and his team's grub. I have to give a big thank you to Chef CJ! I reached out to "Chef" to prepare a meal for my wife's birthday at our home. While CJ does amazing Cajun dishes my wife wanted Italian. Chef went over and above in preparing an amazing, extraordinary, hand crafted meal. Starting with zucchini prepared with what I will call "chef's" magic dust, was amazing way to prepare our pallets for the next two courses. First time trying catfish and it was amazing very soft and crunchy!!! Sauce was also delicious. Definitely will be back.
