From my experience in working with them, they are very good. They come and take the time to work with you and come up with designs and material, hardware and are local, and reasonably priced. Whey issues come up, ypi need to work with them on sometimes creative solutions. The young sometimes all the measurements of the designs are buried in the diagrams so have them explain each one to you, especially if you are working with a separate fabricator.
