What started out as a decently pleasant experience, turned into nothing but issues and deceitfulness. I recently purchased a 16' Impala at this shop and so far have driven it for 3 weeks, putting 1200mi on it. Notwithstanding 6 digits on the odometer, the car is in unbelievably great condition. It runs and shifts and cools down like a dream, with no shaking / strange noise / strange smell / leak at all, ice cold A/C, easy 29mpg+ on freeway, surprisingly quick acceleration, all indicating that mechanically it's almost like new. Complete waste of time dealing with them. Will also just disappear onsite during conversations.. owner and employees wasted much of our time with little to no explanation. Honestly worst car shopping experience we have ever had.. They agreed on a deal with us multiple days ago. We have had multiple conversations. Then during paperwork they just say they can’t do it and disappear with no explanation after we had been waiting hours to complete the deal.
For starters, I’ve purchased many vehicles of all different types through dealerships before and my experience here was hands down the best I’ve ever been through. From the moment I showed up to just look at a truck I was interested in, to the moment I drove it home off the lot, Corey made the whole process stress free and easy.
