Hugo and team were great. Very professional, communicative, and went above and beyond in their thoroughness and service. Definitely will come back next time I have any electrical issues.
I had a fantastic experience with Elite Auto Electric. On my drive to the airport my battery light came on and I had to stop in Happy Valley, when I called, Hugo was very helpful and assured me they would run a diagnostic as soon as I brought the car over. The problem turned out to be the alternator and was assured he would find a new replacement and provide me a fair quote. Had them run diagnostics on my WRX. This shop clearly cares about doing the job the right way. Transparent and up front pricing, and super friendly. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area, but if I did it’d be my shop of choice.
I can’t say enough about Elite Auto Electric—Sr & Jr are awesome! I brought my 66 Mustang in to have some electrical issues dialed in. I replaced the harness but it wasn’t a direct factory fit like I’d hoped and was beyond me to repair. Hugo Jr was communicative, professional, & confident that him & his dad could get it all sorted out. They sent me photos throughout the process and kept me posted. Couldn’t recommend these 2 more!
I can’t recommend elite auto enough! My alternator went out recently, and [Name] replaced it for me quickly and professionally. He explained everything clearly, was honest about the work needed, and the whole process was stress-free. My car runs perfectly now, and I really appreciate the care and attention he put into the job. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but this is definitely one of those places. I’ll be coming back for any future repairs!
