Love this place. They do fantastic work, they complete it fast, their prices are fair. 2 of my cars have been serviced there and both have come out running much better.
Told me I had a bad tire and I had to go elsewhere. Went to a tire place, they said the tires were fine, and that the alignment was wrong. Something I’d asked them to check and they said it was fine. So I kept my car there all day, got no work done, and told the incorrect issue. Edited removed carmax issue but still subpar service.
Scheduled a repair via carmax repair pal. The owner of the shop was very confused and frustrated because he hadn’t received the online notification that I was arriving. I'm happy I changed repair shops. Alfredo is my new mechanic. They are very honest, very experienced and fair pricing compared to other shops. Im the woman that researches everything so I can have a great conversation with the shop, and Doctors. They don't mind me knowing a few things because they do not take advantage of people.
