Fixed the heat in my highlander same day. Reasonable cost & great communication.
Chris left quite an impression on me. He called me back same day and asked me to bring the car in for a diagnostic. When we determined that it was the Serpentine Belt and tensioner, were able to get it back to me quickly and at a great price. Tom — the technician — did a stellar job. My VW Beetle's engine sounds better than ever!
Chris and his team were amazing! We dropped the car off because the air condition was only blowing hot air. Not only did they find and fix the problem, they cleared some error codes in the computer at no extra cost and the owner followed up with us to make sure things were working correctly! Customer service 100% We will definitely be back for our future automotive needs.
From the beginning of our interaction, Chris has always been patient and responsive to all my questions. He gave me a good feeling about the shop even thought their prices are almost too good to be true. And I am glad to say that the actual experience matched and exceeded my expectations as well. I look my Subaru Forester into this shop and these guys were great! They got me in and out within one day! I had issues with my AC not working and it was just blowing hot air. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in or around the Gladstone area.
