This is a great gym and the trainer is knowledgeable , patient , personable, caring and supportive in my weight loss journey. He has helped me with my weight loss and healthy habits to get control of my diabetes. Johnny’s dedication to my goals/accountability is priceless.

Johnny at PDW Fitness is awesome! He truly cares about his clients and works to prepare workouts that are specific to each person. His energy is motivating and it is a fun place to workout.
Jonny is amazing I have been working out with him for a bout 8 months now. He is one of the best trainers I have had he is so kind and supportive patient understanding. If you are looking for a professional trainer he is the one for you he works with your schedule and keeps you on track he is amazing I give him 5 stars..
Johnny is a fantastic personal trainer. He works with you to understand your goals. He learns what you can handle with the different excersises and goes from there. He's encouraging and complimentary. I've been with him for probably 8 years now. He's not only my trainer but a great friend as well!!!
