PDT provided the food for my dad's celebration of life gathering, and everything was perfect. They were very accommodating regarding a number of food allergies in the group and celiac issues, gave excellent advice for quantity and type of food and were very supportive in helping to fix a delivery timing mistake that I made and was not their fault, so appreciated during a difficult time. The guests enjoyed their meals very much and I will happily 100% use their services again. Thank you!
PDT came to my small lakehouse wedding and made the dinner portion perfect! Julie was spectacular on the phone helping us settle on the menu, and the food was exactly what we asked for- fresh tasting and healthy (but not too healthy). They came on time, set up a beautiful grazing table, and made sure I got a drink during cocktail hour. They took all the trash away and left the kitchen spotless. They setup the table exactly how I envisioned, and the event was beautiful.
I used PDT catering and just sent them a follow up email to thank them. I hosted a get together for Memorial Day Weekend and every single food item was delicious. Everyone raved about it!
PDT Catering was beyond exceptional! My work was hosting a retirement party and wanted to do something special to show her our appreciation. PDT absolutely blew us away with taking an order on short notice, great communication/customer service, on-time delivery and gorgeous and delicious food! We celebrated a retirement gathering this evening, in Malta... Each plate was a conversational piece! The stuffed breads (sauce, 100%) mushrooms, dates, cheeses, charcuterie, shrimp cocktail (sauce 100% & perfect flavor and texture), dessert, depth of flavors, and effortless attention to detail was tasteful and absolutely delicious. Thank you!
