WARNING do not use this company! I’ve been waiting almost 3 months to get a call for the technician to come repair my hot tub. Called 6 times only to have the lady say “Paul” is doing the scheduling tonight, I will call you tomorrow. It’s been months! Save your money,time and frustration and go someplace else. Finally got to talk to “Paul” and he said he didn’t care. Excuse and lied one after another.
Paul and Vanessa were amazing to deal with. They spent over 40min with me on the phone trying to help diagnose and advise me of my options when my hot tub at my Airbnb blew out. They went above and beyond on the first interaction. Let alone, they squeezed me into their schedule within a week and Paul arrived right on time, gave me a thorough understanding of what went wrong and my options. I want to share a recent experience I had with PDS power, on a new hot tub installation. During the initial appointment, Paul outlined his plan, taking into consideration, the cost and aesthetics of the house, as well as answering all my questions, so we were both clear on expectations.
