Have had my 6042 Mk II for 2.5 years now. Besides it being a great machine, the help and support I have received from PDS over the last couple years has far exceeded expectations. From set up to learning, they have always been there to help out with any questions or problems, even when they were flying on a Sunday evening and talking/texting from 30K while traveling. This was bought home again today, when I placed a new order for ink and 3 hours later I get a tracking number. Great company run by great people. Kudo's.

MICHAEL and DOUG have both gone out of their way to help me get my Mimaki UCJV300s running when they were down. They know so much about repairs, maintenance and full production operations since they use the UCJV300 so much . Communication has been amazing. Their staff calls back on off hours on their cell phones to provide support.
