I had a very positive experience at the PDS diagnostic imaging thanks to Eleanore. She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their calm and caring approach really made a difference during what could have been a stressful time. I truly appreciate everything you did.
Edit June 2025: This clinic puts patients' health at jeopardy. I had a mammogram done there in December 2024 and they never sent the results to my doctor. I believe they held back my results because of my complaint below. 6 months later my doctor's office called the clinic to get my results but they claimed I never had any mammograms there. Not true. My Pocket Health shows that all 3 of my mammograms were done there so this raises concerns about manipulation or mismanagement of my records. I had a deeply disappointing and fr... read more
