Paul was amazing, I had to stop by on an emergency and he took care of me quickly with the professionalism that can be very lacking in this industry. I highly reccomend them!
PDS is Awesome! Paul is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly. He was able to fix problems that Cadillac dealership "trained mechanics" could not figure out even after repeated attempts. Highly Recommend!!!
Paul was absolutely incredible. My car broke down two and a half hours from Tampa while we were on our way to vacation. We managed to get it to Paul’s shop on July 3rd, and to our surprise, he came in on the 4th of July—a holiday!—just to take a look and see how he could help us out. You know those sketchy mechanics who try to charge you for problems that never existed? Paul is the complete opposite. He’s honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping people. I can’t recommend him enough!
