I had an excellent experience with PDRTX Smart Auto Repair. They tinted the windows and windshield on my Tahoe, and the results are outstanding. My 23 Tahoe was damaged from bumper to bumper from golf ball size hail. PDRTX made the repair process painless, they dealt with the insurance, provided us a nice loaner car, kept us updated, completed some fantastic tint work and repaired all the damage. During pick up they fixed any concerns I had without question. (Small scratch on a trim piece, glue on a leather trim panel. They are replacing both.) Jaden and Jacob provided excellent service and great work.
Had hail damage repaired on my Truck at PDRTX. Jesse Johnston was great to work with. Communication and updates were great throughout the entire process. Truck came out looking as good as new. Would recommend to anyone needing PDR work done on their vehicle.
The front desk worked tirelessly to provide updates and get the adjuster to respond. The work was pretty good. However, a month after getting the car back from the hail repair, my left rear blinker was not working. I had service done at the dealership and had to pay $189 for diagnostics. They found that the connection to the blinker was not connected properly. This was by the PDR tech. From start to finish, the easiest process ever. I had substantial hail damage to my car. I was originally working with a different company who made the process difficult and ended up ghosting me. Thank goodness they did. I called PDRTX, talked to Brittany who explained everything in detail and answered every question I had. She told me I could bring in my car that day.
