The most important detail I can share about my experience is that they had my truck from March 11 - May 21. So because of how long it took, I would not recommend them or use this company again. However I have no complaints or negative feedback whatsoever about the work that was done. The truck went in with hail damage, it came out without signs of hail damage. I was in this center on other business and have had a nasty door ding in my truck for about a year, so I decided to stop by and get a quote. Unfortunately, I walked into the breakroom across the way and was politely greeted and walked over to the correct entrance (Employee stopped eating his lunch to show me where to go). I drive an Acura TLX. Last week my trunk would not open and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Joey and Jacob were extremely helpful and managed to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. I'm grateful for both of them. They were very thorough and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. These guys are the real deal and have an amazing facility. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest group of people!
Great experience! My truck was a mess from the hail storm back at the beginning of March and they restored it beautifully! I was told what to expect up front regarding the process and it exceeded my expectations! Thank you! I will definitely use PDRTX again or refer these guys for repairs.
