My 23 Tahoe was damaged from bumper to bumper from golf ball size hail. PDRTX made the repair process painless, they dealt with the insurance, provided us a nice loaner car, kept us updated, completed some fantastic tint work and repaired all the damage. During pick up they fixed any concerns I had without question. (Small scratch on a trim piece, glue on a leather trim panel. They are replacing both.) Jaden and Jacob provided excellent service and great work.
Great shop! Brought my BMW M2 in after I had an oopsie that put a couple dings in the front fender. While they were at it I had them powdercoat my wheels and install a couple minor cosmetic add ons and they nailed every part of the job. These guys were friendly, had outstanding communication, and did what they said they were going to do with no run around and no BS. I'm almost an hour away, but these guys are my go-to PDR shop from now on.
I responded to a Facebook ad after my new off-the-lot vehicle got pelted by hail recently. PDRTX, from that initial phone call consult all the way to receiving delivery of my car back from them, great professionalism and service. The most important detail I can share about my experience is that they had my truck from March 11 - May 21. So because of how long it took, I would not recommend them or use this company again. However I have no complaints or negative feedback whatsoever about the work that was done. The truck went in with hail damage, it came out without signs of hail damage.
