Had a very good experience,Brittany was amazing and delivered on her promise, she walked up noticing i had hail damage and she explained they could take it and fix it and I had to pay nothing outta pocket. That they pay my insurance deductible and they did and brought my 2024 gmc back looking better than when they took it and even let me have a rental while they had it since i didn't have that with my insurance. I’m so happy with the hail damage repair from PDRXT Smart Auto Repair. Alis came to our home and walked us through the PDR process and helped us quickly file an insurance claim. They delivered a loaner car comparable to mine the next day. They totally handled working with my insurance company and my beautifully restored car was delivered back to me in 9 business days. We had a big hail storm come thru our area that dented up me and my wife’s vehicles pretty bad. I just had the windows on my Telsa tinted at PDRTX. I called Jeff Simmerman, and he took care of everything! The windows look great. Jeff was extremely polite and professional. He got me scheduled, took care of the work quickly, and notified me as soon as the vehicle was ready. He made the entire process highly efficient, and I'm 100% satisfied with the work. My 23 Tahoe was damaged from bumper to bumper from golf ball size hail. PDRTX made the repair process painless, they dealt with the insurance, provided us a nice loaner car, kept us updated, completed some fantastic tint work and repaired all the damage. During pick up they fixed any concerns I had without question. (Small scratch on a trim piece, glue on a leather trim panel. They are replacing both.) Jaden and Jacob provided excellent service and great work.
