I had a great experience with these guys. My truck broke down on a road trip, and they were the only shop that had room in their lot to park it until they could look at it. They also started working on it much sooner than other shops were booking. It seems they did a thorough and accurate job of diagnosing, and it seems they really know diesels. As an owner of a 6.0L powerstroke it is inevitable that the head gaskets will go and the dreaded studding need to be done. Called up PDR and they got me in pretty quick to assess what needed to be done. They offered the cheapest price to do the work and didn't cut any corners. Truck has high mileage and had more issues than expected. The boys at PDR stood behind their work and ensured that in the end I got a quality job done right.
