I had hail damage from 05/31/24. I finally got it repaired last week. Kevin and Kent, thanks for making this process easy! I was initially contacted by a post-it that was left on my car regarding hail damage. Following that I was contacted by someone at my car dealership when I took it in for mechanical repairs. I refused them, I found that guy to be a little too pushy. Kent from PDR Art followed up with me later to check in about getting the work done and I agreed. I only had to pay $500, with a $2,000 deductible. The work is immaculate and I had way over 50 dents. They left my car cleaner than when I dropped it off too. Kent was lovely to work with throughout the process.
Shameful marketing tactics, I found a vague note on my mirror and called the number because I thought someone had hit my car. Seems like they don't even use the company phone number listed online so folks can't look them up. So annoying, this place will never get my business.
