If you went here in the past this is not the same place. Look at the reviews in the last 6 months and you can tell for yourself. I have been going here for a couple of years. Everyone has been nice and they were open to talking about my questions and concerns. It has been 9 months since my last visit and boy how things have changed. FAIR WARNING! You are NOT allowed to pay out of pocket here they will refuse to see you even if your too sick to drive to another Urgent care they do not care. They only accept certain insurance policies and refuse to allow you to pay out of pocket aka they just want to be able to bill your insurance a higher amount they would be able to acceptably bill you personally… Not sure what that’s about but we will not be trying to visit this place again.
The service here is ok, but the billing is horrible. Have been a few times because it is a block away and on my last visit was told that “insurance is stating that the cost is $100” but when I recieve by claim from Cigna the cost of service was supposed to be $35. When I called about the discrepency, they were extremely rude and could never provide me with a good explanation of why there was a $100 charge and they refused to refund the difference. I would reccomend going some place else that isn’t shady and trying to rip you... read more
