We purchased two boats from Paul when we moved here. For 2 years I have been working to get a boat cover replaced that was supposed to be covered by a ten year warranty. Initially I was told it was covered, the tune has since changed. I am still being told a cover is coming but why is it taking 2+ years? Maybe I'm just being told "what I want to hear"??
They are absolutely terrible to work with once you need help. They will sell you a new Lowe boat and the VERY same day you take it out and there is major problems they don't want to help you. I mean major problems: water spilling over the transom when you are running the boat. The owner is so incompetent, that he ordered the wrong size transom for my jet boat. The owner is very unprofessional. He is ready to make a sell, but could care less once the boat has left his parking lot. His mechanics are not certified and frankly the owner himself lacks basic knowledge of the products he sells. He contradicts the owners manual when you ask him basic questions. For example, You call the Mercury experts and they tell you "Yes you have to change the oil in your boat motor once year. Who told you that the oil can be changed every other year?"
