I had a minor problem with my window where my window will not close all the way down and thus cannot be locked. I called James, the owner, and he was able to set me an appointment within one business day. He looked at it, removed my window and said there probably was too much dust and cleaned all the dust for me. He also instructed me how to remove the window if something were to happen in the future.
