While Bruce is very nice, we began to have issues with the quality of his work and his timeliness fairly early on. Initially, we explained that we were a little more flexible with time constraints, and I think he took that and kind of ran with it. For example, I explained that our POD storage was to be picked up on the 6th and that we needed to move some things back in to the house.
