Called PDQ and set up an appointment for last Wednesday 02/24/2021 at 4:30PM. They never showed up and never called to let me know they were not coming, I called them several times that evening and left message to see if something had come up and still no response. I do not recommend anyone that cannot keep their appointments or does not let their customers know they cannot keep their appointments.
Perry/ PDQ Home Improvement was originally scheduled to add an additional bathroom to the exterior of our home. After many talks/ conversations, my husband felt that it would be in our best interest to utilize Perry and his company for the continuous discussions of the integrity of the company and the work they have produced. My husband, unexpectedly, passed away before they were on-site to actually begin work (digging footers/ adding a foundation).
