Wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent detailed initial assessment/consultation with Mark with in-depth information given, allowing an easy decision to go ahead with our solar panel installation. We had the solar team from PDP come and put bird proofing around the solar panels on the bungalow we've recently moved into. Connor amd Jamie were prompt, polite and very efficient, doing a great job in this heat. The whole team have been great with communication from start to finish, something we found to be rare whist getting quotes. Thank you.
Never used PDP before. Was impressed with clear estimate based on pre supplied charge rates to fix a heat pump. Paul the engineer was on time, highly professional and multi skilled with plumbing, electrician and heat pump experience with qualifications. No need to have other tradesmen on site, he could do everything required. The fix was complex and involved finding a solution to resolve a problem. Connor, Lee and Jamie were a fantastic team who visited us last week to check and clean our solar panels and inverter, bird proof the panels and clean the moss on the roof and detritus from under the panels. They worked quietly all day and we are very pleased with the results. The panels are producing more electricity and all our broken tiles have been replaced. We are very happy. Thank you.
My installation not straight forward but everyone at PDP were so kind and helpful. Excellent service all round.
