Vile, evil company. Moved to a new state and had an "electronic" title. Needed a form and a copy of the title sent. They did, but during that time they requested a paper copy and that generated a NEW title. I have a car that I cannot register as I can't get the copy of the title. Been dealing with this for 6 weeks now. They will lie, send you info that they know is outdated/incorrect, transfer you to random departments, disconnect the call, you name it. This company is evil incarnate. They waited over a month to respond to a title request, and only after repeated calls and hours on the phone did they even intimate what might be the cause of the slow down. They do not care about the customer in any way shape or form. I am baffled as to why they are still in business.
This company refuses to return any form of communication in a timely manner. I emailed them a month ago to transfer my auto title to a new state and am still waiting for them to send it. I have had only sporadic and unhelpful replies to email and have only been able to get through by phone once. The one time I was able to talk to someone on the phone, I was told to call again the next week. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.
