This company is evil incarnate. They waited over a month to respond to a title request, and only after repeated calls and hours on the phone did they even intimate what might be the cause of the slow down. They do not care about the customer in any way shape or form. I am baffled as to why they are still in business.

This company refuses to return any form of communication in a timely manner. I emailed them a month ago to transfer my auto title to a new state and am still waiting for them to send it. I have had only sporadic and unhelpful replies to email and have only been able to get through by phone once. The one time I was able to talk to someone on the phone, I was told to call again the next week. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have been in the Work Force for over twenty years. I have worked for intimate, family owned businesses as well as the largest Corporations in the world. The PDP Group in Hunt Valley, MD is, without question, the worst experience I have ever had. The Management at PDP is...horrible. My Supervisor allowed her personal "favorites" in the Office to come in fifteen minutes late daily, take 25 minute breaks (breaks were 15 minutes), and text at their desk on their cell phones all day (which was strictly against Company policy). ... read more
