Their service department is unethical. I sent a motor tester in for calibration and they completed a minor repair without our authorization. The repair did not affect the operation of the tester. They would not send the tester back until the additional $125 bill was paid. The tester was off-site over 3 weeks. I will warn others about this company so they can be explicit with their expectations.
