I called Shirl because I was suspecting a bed bug infestation. She asked me a lot of questions and she showed to care a lot about the matter. After sending her the pictures she requested me she assured me that the bites me and my girlfriend were suffering were from midges and not bed bugs. Very honest and ready to help even though she didn't gain any money from it. Absolutely recommend and again thanks for your time Shirl, you showed true kindness
