PDM Pest Control are knowledgeable, punctual and excellent with communication. They’re neat in their work and only recommend treatment when it’s genuinely needed. Their pricing is fair, and their attendance times reliable.
We have been using PDM on an annual basis for 12 years now, can’t say enough about them really excellent friendly service. We had a birthday party for our son a few years back and a hive of paper wasps had set up shop during the night. Not ideal with 20 kids running around. Called PDM they were there within half an hour to take care of it. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Highly impressed with the pest treatment. Their customer service was outstanding. Joel listened carefully to my concerns about protecting my tree frogs, pet dog, lizards, fish and made sure the treatment was safe for us all. Joel was very professional & knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. This company cost me over $400 in fees with my real estate. They took over a week to return the keys to the property. The owner doesn't return calls to myself or the real estate, terrible service. I would strongly advise others to try other businesses in the area before using this company.
Shirl and her amazing team responded to a request within an hour today. We have been using PDM services for years now and cannot fault them in anything. All staff are cheerful, professional and follow up on jobs. Excellent service from a very professional team always.
