Our family had a wonderful experience staying at one of the PDL Properties. Communication was great and the accommodations were everything we expected. The property was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed at! Will definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful experience at Refuge of Decay on our family vacation. It is so close to the beach we had no problem getting our beach gear there and back. My favorite feature of this house is the plethora of porches, which were perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The pool was the perfect temperature and a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening swim when the sun went down. If you have a large group, this is a great house! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of places to spread out.
Beautiful property, great for large group or family reunion! Loved the basement space with the fridge and mini kitchen, perfect for us and our toddlers to have a little extra space to relax and have quiet time when needed! Very close to a beautiful beach that never got too busy!
We stayed the week of June 22 at the house called Refuge from Decay. My wife and I stayed the week with the entire family. There were 17 of us at this property. And there was not one moment where it felt crowded. This place was fantastic. From the three minute walk to the beach, the three levels of living area, and all the decks outside, we were able to enjoy both the inside and the outside of the house.
