Unreliable company. I scheduled an RV inspection 2 months in advance. I even confirmed 2 days before the appointment. Drove an hour to the RV site only to be told that he's nowhere near the location and that we need to reschedule. Imagine my frustration driving 2 hours for nothing! And all he could say is "Sorry" for the disappointment and inconvenience. I understand people make mistakes but their customer service sucks.

I found Matthew via a Google search. Reading his reviews are what persuaded me to use him. They did not let me down. Matthew is phenomenal! We were looking at an RV out of state for purchase. We tried to do as much research as possible ahead of time but our resources were limited. We scheduled to meet Matthew when we were going to be in town to see the unit the for the first time as well. I scheduled Matthew at PDI RV to do a prepurchase inspection on used Class C RV at a local dealer. He responded very quickly to schedule the inspection and kept me updated as he did the inspection. The RV was not without issues and I feel that Matthew really saved me from making a very expensive mistake. I would definitely use his services again!
