Matthew has worked on our RV for a little over a year now. I had a very bad experience to camping world and he was able show me the extreme opposite. He documents every service and repair very well. On time. And has fair prices. Educates his customers and builds trust. Cannot take my bus anywhere else now! Thank you for the great service!
I installed a wiring harness and a battery recharging line on my 2023 Jeep Wrangler. This was our flat tow vehicle for our first try at RVing. Before showing up to the rental RV, I wanted to check my job on a test box. I searched on etrailer.com for an installer to test my job. PDI RV was highly rated by etrailer with many completed jobs. Matthew really came through for us! I needed a hitch on my highlander within a week and he was able to accommodate! Matthew is sincere, honest and did an amazing professional job! I would recommend him to anyone. He usually works on RV’s, but he did this job for us and I couldn’t be more thankful! I wish I could give him 10 stars!
Matthew helped us out when we called Friday at the end of the work day. We were miles from home and brakes were dragging making the rv pull and wheel heat up dangerously and causing the air pressure to steadily rise as well. He helped us find a compatible replacement caliper not far from us. I carry tools so I got it installed in about 2hrs and got back on the road to our vacation. Thank you so much Matthew for helping us find the parts fast and saving our vacation!
