Kristie was great. She was very patient while we made our selections. She made sure that we saw all of the options while making suggestions as to size regarding our space. She made us completely comfortable with our decisions. No pressure. Just what we liked. I’d give a 10 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the highest.
Wonderful experience with ordering my sconces and mirror for my primary bath here. Jordana went above and beyond helping me find the exact mirror I was looking for. She also gave me the best price for the Visual Comfort sconces I had found online. When the first sconces arrived damaged, she helped me navigate the replacement process and made everything seamless.
