David always comes himself to do the work, so you get a skilled and experienced carpet cleaning expert who really cares. He can handle any carpet issue, even water damage restoration, and knows how to treat different carpet fibers the right way. He's also friendly and makes the whole process easy. I had a great experience with PDH Carpet Care for my carpet cleaning needs. Tyrone answered the phone quickly and was able to come over the next day. David came to my home two times. The first visit was to clean several carpeted rooms, and the second visit was to clean two light-colored sofas that had been stained by playful rescue dogs. David was very friendly, polite, and clearly explained the carpet cleaning process each time. He also let me know that because of the sofa fabric, some stains might not come out completely. this was my first time using PDH Carpet Care. before, i had another company clean my carpet, but PDH Carpet Care did a much better job. my carpet now looks fresh and almost new again. with the last company, my carpet looked dirty again after just a week, but not this time. max and jace arrived early (they called first to check if it was fine to come sooner), and they were really thorough and made sure i was completely happy with their work. next time i need my carpet cleaned in paramount, i’ll ask for max and jace. great job... read more
