Think twice, thrice and the capacity you have to think before reaching out to PDCD. As a Builder perspective, they will offer best price compared to market when you meet for the first time. Once you pay deposit to progess regarding design and they are calling "preliminary contract agreement". Once design ready then they will give 20% higher price from original approx quote and upon comparing with top builders in WA, I can see the difference of 50k in quote.
