For the ,comment below I brought my watch to Voldi’s in Barrie, didn’t even charge me to fix my bracelet and gave me a battery free of charge Very good customer service. every customer is an important customer whether it’s a watch or a diamond ring he treats everybody the same.
I needed a prong tightened and a cleaning on a ring. The ring came back and honestly I think I could’ve done a better job cleaning it. It looked the same. It was tighter but the gem was still a little loose. I was very disappointed and won’t be back.
One of Orillia's great family run businesses! John and his staff are very personable and make jewellery shopping/repairs easy. A best friend and I have both invested in engagement + wedding bands with diamonds from P.D. Murphy. They offer on the spot cleaning and personalized service I am sure you will be impressed with!
This guy “John Murphy” can’t even successfully change a simple watch battery in a cheap watch. WHAT A JOKE! Perhaps he should be looking for another line of “work”.
