I had PD Murphy replace the batteries of two watches of mine. However, upon pick up I noticed the leather band of one of the watches had a slight tear that wasn’t there before. To their defence, this was an older watch that definitely showed signs of deterioration, but my main concern was that it wasn’t returned in the same condition it was in, when I originally dropped it off for service. Edit: For what its worth this seems like an honest mistake that is really out of the ordinary for these guys. They are quite knowledgeable but this was such a unexpected missed mark. Last spring I got my battery replaced on my Casio SGW-500. I got home and my Waterproof watch immediately started having issues with water. I called them and they quoted me 120$, seeing as it was on its 8th year of daily use they assured me it was rotted gaskets (made sense to me and is a decent price for that kind of repair). Love this store as I always find something I am looking for! Staff, service and product selection is excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely be a return customer.
I took this as being a jewellery store, given the name on the outside. It appears to be more of an arts and craft store, and very little jewellery. The rings and watches all appear to be used, displayed in the oldest show cases ever. Very disorganized store. The two older women working (standing) in there, weren't the least bit friendly.
