We had an issue with a lock on one of our metal doors and after messaging Paul that morning he was with us in a couple of hours. Paul quickly addressed the problem and got the door working again in speedy time. This is the second time we've used PD Ackland as last year they replaced a window frame in our bathroom and we were as impressed then with their service as we are now! Friendly, reliable and efficient every time, I can't recommend them highly enough - 5 stars from us!

Unreliable, untrustworthy supplier who really let me down last minute despite producing a quote and having a 2 week lead time. Paul the owner first messed me around suggesting dates when they could do the work then didn't turn-up on the day. When I contacted him he claimed to have sent someone but noone arrived. Paul then didn't answer the phone when I tried to contact him later that day. Cowardly response as have still not heard from him. Would avoid this supplier if you don't want to be let down.
I have used this company twice for new windows and doors whilst redecorating my house. Really good quality of work and great value for money. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.
Paul and his team did a fantastic job on restoring my old windows, they look brand new and I’m so happy on how they’ve come out. Was tidy when removing and installing the windows, really good bunch of lads highly recommended.
