I went in to get a part for my washing machine and the part number that I got from whirlpool was incorrect. I took the part back and Christina told me she would exchange it (and magically the new part was the exact same price as the first part) when she brought the part out to give to me it was in an old beat up box with all kinds of things scratched off and the part was clearly used and rusted.
