I went in to get a part for my washing machine and the part number that I got from whirlpool was incorrect. I took the part back and Christina told me she would exchange it (and magically the new part was the exact same price as the first part) when she brought the part out to give to me it was in an old beat up box with all kinds of things scratched off and the part was clearly used and rusted. i've used pcw, many times, for at least a decade; they have always been great to deal with. from easy booking to showing up when expected... they have always been responsive, professional, and, very easy to work with. they've also shared tips and etc with me, for buying, caring for, and, using. i rec'd pcw just yesterday, when someone on my neighborhood's fb page was looking for service for a fridge. pcw is a quality company that i'll continue to call! thank you!
I made a service call to check an oven which had a chemical smell. The $70 visit which lasted 15 minutes amounted to the service tech telling me it was just bug spray(even though no spray had been made) and to turn it on to burn it off. Well, the oven blew up the next time we turned it on...not thinking we got a very good diagnosis.
Good, honest and dependable people. My family has used them for years for repairs and purchases. We highly recommend PCW for satisfaction guaranteed!
