I was impressed at first. Then they switched schedulers on us. After that it went downhill from there. We fired them last month and we're still dealing with the repercussions of their mistakes. We have clients on the calendar who said they didn't want an appointment, we have had people scheduled at the wrong time and in the wrong time zone. For what we paid for their service and what we got instead, it wasn't worth the headache.
