I hired PCS Pools in Jan of 2023 to build a custom pool with spa, large raised patio with fire feature, and a custom kitchen. Overall, they did a great job! My pool and everything else turned out beautifully! The team there was great to work with, and they lived up to my high expectations. Worst experience ever, signed my contract march 25,2022 and they just finished it 01/10/23 . The pavers that I originally ordered had to be changed because they did a wrong order. From 10/3/2022 to 12/11/2022 the were siting on my backyard waiting to be installed, and when they did, they didn’t have enough for the job. I had 2 holes waiting for the new order which I found the place to buy it from because they were taking too long. The bubbler wasn’t installed because they forgot to communicate. I originally hired West Bay Pools in November of this year with an end of February completion date. PCS acquired West Bay after the start of my project and the communication came to a halt. I found this out indirectly by the way, the same way I found out my PM left the company. I am trying to be as civil as possible but the no commit to any formal communication is beyond maddening. <p>I have personally communicated with Mr. Schumacher and explained that PCS did NOT acquire West Bay Pools.</p><p>We also did not sell him his pool.</p><p>West Bay Pools is still a separate entity as shown on Sunbiz.org and any issues or complaints should be noted under West Bay, not against my company, which is PCS Pools.</p><p>The owner of West Bay is communicating with him and he is working to complete his pool.</p>
