PCS Plumbing is simply the best! Ryan, Hayden, Landon, and Sandra were fantastic. Super fast without rushing, explained every step clearly so I always knew what was going on, and the work was top-tier—thorough, no shortcuts. Total pros, super polite, and they made the whole thing painless. Jeremy, the owner leads a top tier crew that took care of my water heater, sump install, under slab rough.in basement, top rough, and so much more.
I'm changing my review because I just got done having service from them and left a 5 star review, then all of a sudden their service call went up $15. In addition, they do not always return calls when they say they will. Joe does awesome work but I question the pricing sometimes.
We called PCS to come check our water heater, Ross came that day, took out the old one, put the new one in and took away the old heater and trash. He was very kind and professional, we would recommend him and PCS to anyone who asks for a recommendation!
Another edit: So the waiver is not just for the free inspection. They came and set up everything and stopped. Said they couldnt proceed without me signing the waiver. I guess its a way to buy cheap equipment and have the customer pay for replacement of it. And it locks you into using them to pay for everything they need to do to recover their faulty equipment. I had a freeze broken pipe above a finished ceiling so called PCS Plumbing. Sondra took my call and dispatched Ross to my house in short order. Ross located and repaired the faulty pipe very quickly in just over an hour. He displayed outstanding skill and knowledge while completing the repair plus he was very personable and polite.
