The Legacy Lakes HOA Board, which I was the Chairman at that time, in Aberdeen, NC, hired PCS to update the clubhouse parking lot. The job included cleaning the parking lot completely which included removing dirt and weeds, then filling the cracks, sealing the asphalt, and painting the parking space lines, cross walks and directional arrows.
