Great service!
OUTSTANDING! The technician was on time, very efficient and knowledgeable. he freely shared what he knew which made us better understand the challenge he was facing prior to the work starting. We were satisfied with the results even though the carpet was not "100% looking new" I know why, and learned when you come in with shoes on it takes 45steps to clean off the dirt! So on the hunt for a track mat runner for winter for our back entrance (45steps long)
Jake and Dan from PCS, came to clean my 19 year old carpet in living room, solarium and up the main stairs. I was so shocked at how new they looked and they were able to take all the stains out!! It was a super good price and I am so pleased!

PCS of Niagara gives a new meaning to outstanding, professional service. We have used their services for years and would not even think of using another carpet/upholstery cleaning service. Not only is their team professional, punctual, and amazing at getting out stubborn stains---they are polite and respectful on site. The office staff is also delightful to deal with both in person and on the phone. It is so nice to have a reliable, local business to count on every time!!
