Andrew from PCS Niagara cleaned our upholstered furniture after a small fire in our basement. Before beginning he tested the furniture to identify the composition of the fabric for the purpose of determining which cleaning products to use. He then set up his equipment using corner guards to protect the paintwork on the baseboards and doors. A few hours later our furniture had been throughly cleaned and deodorized and looked like new. PCS did a great job streching my carpet. It looks like new afterwards. They were extremely professional, they wore shoe covers inside my house. I really appreciate their service and professionalism. I would recommend PCS to anyone.
Everyone I encountered in person or on the phone was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I had a few area rugs sized smaller and they took great care to make sure they understood what I wanted done, and to explain the process. I would definitely recommend!
