Psycho supervisors run behind schedule then freak out on guests who get perceptively "in their way" and then proceed to curse yell berate in front of employees and guests if someone stands up to their emotional tirade. These people should not be taking money for customer service if they cant take the stress of being in the industry. On top of that the offending supervisor pretended to be the owner when asked for their name so they could be reported to management. Every one in this town will know about this.
