CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! I brought my car in because it was making noise and having trouble accelerating. It turned out I was completely out of oil, despite getting regular oil changes. My car should not have already needed an oil change, and it definitely should not have been out of oil. Juan at PCS let me know that my make and model often has engine issues. Went to these guys for an estimate on broken hinges for my hood, guy there told me I had to replace the entire front of my car including a new hood and two new fenders, told me it was at least 4k. Went to AOK auto shop in lorain, was told they could fix everything without replacing it, just needed new hinges, would cost me less than 200.
