This. Company. Is. A. Nightmare. No shows, no calls, 30 min job still not done in over 6 days. Nobody knows what's going on there. It goes on and on and on. You have been warned.
PCS came to my home in July 2016 to repair a refrigerator and freezer. They took both appliances to their shop, but never repaired them, and never returned them. I stopped multiple times between July-October 2016 to check on the status and was told "they were waiting for a part". It is January 2017, and I have not heard from them regarding the status of my appliances* *** ******* **** *** **** **** *****
