You never really let yourself believe that you could go through the IVF journey and not come out of it with a baby at the end. We were fortunate to be able to pursue IVF, and I know that if we hadn’t, I would have been left with a lot more regret. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful with our six embryos, but believe it or not, PCRM was able to get me pregnant during four of those transfers. If I could give PCRM zero stars I would. I was assigned Dr. Ahn and her care team and have been incredibly neglected on my fertility journey. Since telling them I have no interest in IUI or IVF, they stopped caring. I was sent for the HSG test and an MRI for my pituitary back in June/July and had to wait until October to get in for an MRI. My husband and I had a great experience at PCRM, so much so that we are going through it again. It’s kind of disgusting to see other reviewers call someone else a troll for sharing their positive experience, even though it was years after. Didn’t know we were on a timeline to put in a review, RUS.

Avoid PCRM at all costs. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The clinic was incredibly disorganized, and their repeated mistakes cost us over 6 months of trying to conceive. They charged for services they didn’t properly provide, and communication was consistently poor. I feel like I was doing their jobs for them. We were so frustrated that we paid over $2,000 just to transfer our sperm to another clinic — and it was absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t recommend PCRM to anyone. Save yourself the stress, time, tr... read more
