My husband and I had a great experience at PCRM, so much so that we are going through it again. It’s kind of disgusting to see other reviewers call someone else a troll for sharing their positive experience, even though it was years after. Didn’t know we were on a timeline to put in a review, RUS.

Avoid PCRM at all costs. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The clinic was incredibly disorganized, and their repeated mistakes cost us over 6 months of trying to conceive. They charged for services they didn’t properly provide, and communication was consistently poor. I feel like I was doing their jobs for them. Save yourself the stress, time, tr... read more

After the consultation Dr. Wong told us that the fertility is the last problem we have, and the main problem is the Cancer! Months later my wife went to surgery! He saved my wife's life! Jesus Thank you! What a hard time, deception and sacrifices! We ... read more

I was referred to PCRM for egg freezing in 2017. Had a consult, followed by an egg retrieval. In 2021, began an ICSI & ET cycle, which resulted in my daughter. I had one poor quality embryo to freeze. If my fertility journey had ended at that time, this would be a 4-5 star rating, since my only surprise was the lack of knowledge share during the consult process regarding attrition rates. I don’t feel I knew the extent of that loss until the extensive research I did upon thawing my eggs, and perhaps that is not the intent of ... read more
